How does a dosing pump work?
The dosing pump operates using water pressure and flow as its sole driving force when connected to a system or water network. Once properly installed and connected, the pump begins to draw in the concentrated product, doses it to the desired percentage, and mixes it in its mixing chamber with the main liquid. The resulting solution is then conveyed to the doser output. A key aspect of operation is that the additive dose always remains proportional to the volume of main liquid passing through the doser, regardless of flow or pressure variations that may occur in the system.
